We strive to lead the industry by our service oriented culture.  Our Tulsa Property Management company has cutting edge technology that benefits owners and tenants alike.  The communication is streamlined allowing us to work more efficiently and take better care of our clients whether that is the owner/investor or the tenant.  The Tulsa Property Management team excels in understanding the goals of the clients we work with and diligently working to optimize those goals.  From doing extensive research on homes to assess the appropriate rent to making sure our clients are educated on what makes a home ready to rend.  We also work with tenants and if they request the service, we report their credit so that they can increase credit score if that is a goal of theirs.

Shawn is a licensed real estate agent that has also owned and managed many properties for over 15 years.  Shawn has managed as many as 500 doors at one time.  His experience ranges from managing residential homes to multifamily complexes as a professional Tulsa Property management.  Shawn has many vendor partners that he has used throughout the years and negotiates services well.   He also has experience in building, leasing and selling commercial property.  Shawn owns rental property as well so he understands the need for asset protection and maximizing the value of your investments.

Director of Accounting

Jamie is an account executive at PMI, has a degree in accounting from Utah Valley University, and joined the team with more than a decade of property management accounting experience.  She has an expert understanding of our software solutions. Jamie plays an important role helping PMI Green Country provide accurate and timely financial reports to tenants, vendors, and property owners.

 

Image18Brian Birdy | Vice President of Residential Management, MPM® RMP®, CPM®, Realtor®, Broker

Brian is our vice president of residential management, and works daily to help our franchise network grow its assets-under-management. Brian is currently serving on the NARPM’s national Board of Directors. Prior to PMI, Brian was the President of a large, regional real estate company that specializes in property management. Brian grew the company from a one-man office with 75 doors to a business of 25 employees that manages over 1,400 properties. Brian has received his Residential Management Professional and Master Property Manager designations from NARPM, and the Certified Property Manager designation from Institute of Real Estate Management.

 

Image02Randall Henderson | Director of Training and Support

Randall Henderson trains and supports new Franchisees daily.  His responsibilities range from as simple as helping a Franchisee setup a corporation to teaching a Franchisee the importance of a particular task in PMI’s marketing strategy.  Randall began his real estate career as a property manager of facilities housing athletes for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games.  Since then, Randall has owned and operated a property management, brokerage and development company; has lead several real estate lecture series, and has been a Sales Trainer for a Fortune 500 company.  Randall holds a current real estate broker license in Utah, and has been a previously licensed as a broker in California; and, brings a broad range of experience to PMI’s training and support team.

Jim Dangerfield has over 30 years of real estate experience in new construction, residential, commercial, and property management.  He was part owner in a residential care facility and a property management company.  He was vice president of Franchise Development for an international real estate franchise company.  He also has a background in marketing, advertising, graphic design and public relation
